LA-Z-BOY's objectives were to achieve sales of $1m, raise their profile, attract new distributors and launch a new product - all in one show!
Following the Xhibitology process, they used a new approach at this show and tried some of the unique and proven exhibiting techniques - an enclosed stand, no literature, proactively approaching visitors in the aisles and giving controlled presentations to prospects on the stand.
Show orders topped $2.6 m, and not only did the theme and presentation of their stand distinguish them from almost every other stand there but at least 7 new distributors wanted a future meeting and the new product was an outstanding success.
